The Hillsboro Community Library is open to everyone. We lend to the residents of Hillsboro, Kingston, Animas Creek and the ranches. It is a free service including books, magazines, CDs, DVDs, maps, puzzles, and games for checkout. There are computers, printing, scanning, faxing, free use of our phone for local or long distance calls, and announcing a new service Laminating. Printing, copying, and laminating incurs a small charge to recover costs of materials. Our high speed WiFi service, provided by Ethos fiber optics, is also reachable outside the library in the courtyard 24/7.

Volunteers staff the desk, maintain the collection, raise funds, serve on the board, and yes, build and maintain the website. If you’d like to volunteer please let us know by sending an email to [email protected]
